The Games
Best Ball
Use your full handicap (If you do not have a registered handicap your handicap will be 18 unless it is determined you are a dirty sand-bagger) and play YOUR BALL ONLY. The BEST score from your team on each hole is used. THIS IS NOT SCRAMBLE, hit your own DAMN BALL!!! Every time, only your ball.
Scramble
Now you can take your shitty ball to your partners awesome ball and hit from there. Record the combined better strokes for your score.
Roll The Dice Twice
This is scramble format with a twist. Each partner will roll the dice. If they roll a 1 or 2 you hit from the ladies, if you roll a 3,4,5 you hit from intermediate, if you roll a 6 you hit from the tips. If you and your partner both roll the same number you get to choose the tee box for your competitors and the exact spot from which they have to hit from (your roll overrides their roles). The ball does not have to be between the markers but rather somewhere on the plateau of the box. If both pairs of teammates roll doubles each team chooses the other teams tee box prior to the first person teeing off. It might be in your best interest to be kind to one another. 😉

This tournament was designed to induce interaction as a fuck you to Covid. So have a great time.
Scorecards
No Card, no score
Drinking is not required, merley encouraged.
There are no drink minimums, no pressure, all for fun. You can shoot a 100 sober and drunk so it doesn't matter.
Be on Time
Please be ready for your tee time, it is important that we get out at the time that is allotted for us.
Gimmies
3 feet is a gimmie, use your best judgement. 95% of putts from this distance go in so stop complaining sticklers. For those who don't understand gimmies, the next stroke still counts! Cheaters..
Keep Pace
We are calling in favours for these tee times and have been reminded that these tee times should maintain the pace of the course. We can have a really good time and keep chugging along at a decent pace.
Two People are winners
#1 go fuck yourself John 🙂 , #2 This is a pairing tournament meaning two winners are awarded. Pride only (as of right now).
Team Draw
Friday night you, or a designate for you, will pick a number out of a hat. This will be your player number for the weekend.
Scoring
Top team will achieve points equal to the number of teams in the tournament. Each team after that will receive one point less for each lower placement. 2-man team play will be 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and 4-man team games will be 8,6,4,2 for scoring
Ties
In the case of a tie, a count-back will occur beginning on the final hole of play for that round. If players are still tied a "blind" lag-putt-off will determine the winner.
